POP142 Intel LLC (“POP142 Intel,” “POP142 Intel,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides market-research, discovery, and comparison tools for collectors through app.pop142.com and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

Saved searches and preferences

Deleting your browser cookies or site data may remove saved searches and preferences.

Saved searches stored in your browser generally remain until they expire or you delete your cookies or site data.

Analytics retention periods are configured through our analytics provider and may vary according to the type of information and our operational requirements. Aggregated or de-identified information may be retained for longer periods when it can no longer reasonably be associated with an identifiable individual.

9. Your Choices and Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request:

• Access to personal information associated with you;
• Correction of inaccurate personal information;
• Deletion of personal information;
• A portable copy of certain information;
• Restriction of or objection to certain processing;

Because saved searches are stored without a name or account identifier, we may be unable to locate or associate those searches with you. You can remove them by deleting Pop Intel cookies or site data through your browser.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

10. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track

Some browsers provide “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signals. Because we do not currently sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising, these signals may not change how the Service operates.

If our practices change, we will process legally recognized browser-based opt-out signals as required by applicable law.

11. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. However, no website, storage system, or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

12. International Processing

POP142 Intel and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

The Service is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
